- IEEE Telepresence’ 2024 will be a hybrid conference with the in-person component taking place at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California.
- The remote part will take place via Zoom. More details on the Zoom connection will be provided to the authors by email before the conference start date.
- All presentations will be done in the form of a live oral talk, even the remote ones, so remote authors please plan ahead to take into account potential time zone differences.
- Full and Short Papers presented in-person will be given a 15-minute time slot, of which 12 minutes will be for the presentation itself and 3 minutes for Q&A. Authors are to bring their slides (in PDF or PPT) in a USB drive to upload to the room presentation computer before their session starts.
- The use of personal laptops for the presentation will not be allowed. Please ensure any special media, fonts, etc are embedded into the file to ensure compatibility. Late-breaking and industry Abstracts will be given a 10-minute time slot, of which 8 minutes will be for the presentation itself and 2 minutes for Q&A. Authors are to bring their slides in a USB drive to upload to the room presentation computer before their session starts.
